Treasures of Vietnam Tour displays Unesco's World Heritage Sites: Halong bay in 1994, Hoian - ancient historic town 1999, Hue - the Imperial capital in 1993. Enjoy food tasting in Hanoi Old Quarter or cycling in Hoian rural villages. Cuchi tunnels were famous during the Vietnam’s war, merit our stopover... 
Day 1: Hanoi - Arrival (-/-/-)
You will be welcome on arrival by our friendly local guide at Hanoi International Airport, then transfer to the hotel for check-in. Time at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi City Tour (B/L/-)
We discover the highlights in Hanoi - the charming capital of Vietnam today: Tran Quoc pagoda, One pillar pagoda, French colonial quarter, Temple of Literature, Cathedral Saint Joseph, Museum of Ethnology which displays 54 group ethnic minorities living in Vietnam.
In the afternoon, enjoy Hanoi Street Food Tour whilst tasting famous speciality in Hanoi Old Quarter. You can also immerge into the smell of daily life of local inhabitants throughout narrow streets and lanes.
Attend a performance of water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Bai Tu Long Bay (B/L/D)
08:00am depart for Halong bay, 180km east of Hanoi, listed as World Heritage Area by Unesco in December 1994.
12:00 we board a traditional junk to discover the 8th World Wonder where the movie "Indochine" was realized with Catherine Deneuve, French star in the 1990’s. Lunch on boat with fresh seafood. It is time to relax on the deck through the most beautiful landscapes with more than 3,000 islands and limestone islets, rising from the emerald water. Visit a natural cave, the most picturesque grotto in the bay. Swimming if possible and relaxing on the deck. Dinner and Overnight aboard.
Day 4: Halong Bay - Hue (B/-/-)
Morning: Continue our cruise throughout the bay until lunch.
12:10 Drive to Hanoi Airport. Visit a workshop of potteries en route  in Dong Trieu village. 
Fly to Hue. Meet our guide at Hue Airport and transfer to hotel for check-in. Leisure time. Overnight in Hue.
Day 5: Hue city tour (B/L/-)
Full day to explore Hue, the former Royal city of the 13 ruling Nguyen dynasties: visit the Imperial Citadel and Forbidden city, Tu Duc king’ mausoleum and a local market Dong Ba. Enjoy a boat trip on the Perfume River to discover Thien Mu pagoda, the wonderful architectural structures for religious worship in Hue. Lunch at local restaurant. Overnight in Hue.
Day 6: Hue - Hoian (B/L/-)
Depart for Danang.
The scenic 4 hours drive via Hai Van (Clouds) pass offers spectacular views of mountains, the sea, idyllic beaches and villages. Visit Cham museum on the way. We continue further south to the charming historic city of Hoian. Upon arrival, check-in at hotel. Overnight in Hoian
Day 7: Hoian - Cooking Class - Cycling (B/L/-)
Enjoy a cruise on Thu Bon river to head out Noi Rang market. You get inside local lifestyle, learn about traditional fishing methods there.
Noi Rang market is one of the oldest markets of Hoi An, it has 300 years old and so a long story. During the 17th century, it was only an area of garden product exchanges for the few people who were living here. Gradually, the region was more and more populated so that exchanges of fresh products increased a lot in this place. The villagers decided to create a real market called Noi Rang. This is an authentic market, where no other tourist ever came before, you buy with our guide the necessary food and ingredients for cooking lesson you will use to cook delightful Vietnamese dishes on our floating restaurant. You have lunch with what you prepared and cooked.
Afterward, we experience an amazing eco tourism in Cam Thanh commune. You get in touch with an authentic social and cultural view of the local Vietnamese daily life in the Cam Thanh region. We are departing from our hotel by large traditional boat to go along the peaceful Thu Bon river, then we transfert on a typical bamboo basket boat to reach Bay Mau Coconuts palm forest - a revolutionary base during the war which is nowadays a luxuriant zone of biosphere reserve in Hoi An. You can enjoy the verdant nature all around while learning what it is possible to do with the coconuts palm leaves. 
Then we continue our trip by bicycle to explore Cam Thanh Village. We pass through a little path bordering the river and come across a variety of sceneries such as rice fields, fish farms and lots of others. During this tour you will have the chance to meet and have a talk with local people, moreover you can take unique pictures of the wonderful landscapes. 
This excursion is the perfect way for spending a nice day, closer to the Nature and the inhabitants, and discover the real Vietnamese life style in Hoian rural villages.

Day 8: Hoian - Danang – Hochiminh (B/L/-)
Breakfast at hotel,
Discover Hoian ancient town, known to early Western merchants, the city was one of the major trading centers of Southeast Asia in the 16th century. Hoian has a distinctive Chinese atmosphere with low, tiled-roof houses and narrow streets. Many of the houses were constructed of rare timbers and decorated with lacquer panels engraved with Chinese characters and pillars carved with ornamental designs. Visit historic merchants and community houses, places of worship  and Japanese bridge, market Hoian. Lunch at local restaurant.
Explore Tra Que village which is famous for its aromatic herbs and fresh vegetables. You can join in the daily works of farmers to grow the legumes and spicy plants. Besides, you also have chance to explore the typical and narrow roads along the countryside, see water buffalos rice paddle fields and realize how friendly people are.

Transfer to Danang Airport for flight to Hochiminh city. You will be greeted and welcome by our friendly local tour guide.
Drive to hotel for check-in. Leisure time. Overnight in Hochiminh.
Day 9: Hochiminh - Cuchi tunnels (B/L/-)
AM: Drive to Cuchi tunnels. At its height, the tunnel system stretched from Saigon to Cambodian border and was three levels deep. There are more than 200km of underground tunnels, consisting of a main axis system with many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters and other tunnels.The remaining tunnels have become a major tourist attraction giving the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life in the war must have been like. Back to Hochiminh city for lunch at local restaurant.
PM: Discover Hochiminh city (formerly Saigon), the biggest economic center in the country:  visit Opera house, cathedral Notre Dame, Post Office, China town, Thien Hau pagoda,  Ben Thanh market, the former Presidential Palace. Overnight in Hochiminh city.
Day 10: Hochiminh - Departure (B/-/-)
Breakfast at hotel,
Transfer to HCM/Tan Son Nhat International Airport for departure flight or extension to Angkor Wat in Siem Reap. "Treasures of Vietnam Tour" ends. Check - out before:12h00.
